Covid-19 Information

Thank you for your continued support of Iridium!  We look forward to welcoming you back, and providing a safe venue to experience live music, remarkable service, and outstanding food. 

 

Per the City of New York, guests 12-years old, or older, must show proof of at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine [include hyperlink to below] in order to be provided entrance to indoor music venues, effective August 17, 2021.  In addition, guests 18-years old, or older, must show proof of identification [include hyperlink to below].  

 

Upon arrival, please check in at the Box Office or with the venue Manager.  Please allow for additional time to check in. We greatly appreciate your cooperation as we navigate this time.

"Proof of vaccination" means proof of receipt of at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use or licensed for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or by the World Health Organization (WHO).  Proof of vaccination may be shown by displaying any of the below:

  • A CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card 

  • Photo or hard copy of a CDC Vaccination Card 

  • NYC COVID Safe App 

  • New York State Excelsior App 

  • Photo or hard copy of an official vaccination record of a vaccine administered outside the US

 

U.S. authorized vaccines*, as of 9/2/21, include the following:  

  • Pfizer-BioNTech 

  • Moderna 

  • Janssen 

 

Proof of vaccination administered outside the U.S.* must include the below information: 

  • First name and last name 

  • Date of birth 

  • Vaccine name (ex: AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience) 

  • Date(s) administered 

  • Site where the vaccine was administered or person who administered the vaccine (country of origin may be listed as the site)

 

Proof of identification (for guests 18-years old, or older):  

Proof of identification must be an official document and must match proof of vaccination and contain EITHER A OR B

  1. Name and photo; OR

  2. Name and date of birth 

 

Acceptable forms of ID include, but are not limited to: 

  • Driver’s license 

  • Non-driver government ID card

  • IDNYC

  • Passport

  • School ID card
