Saxophonist Nick Stefanacci and Pianist Jay Rowe Unite for a Dynamic New Jazz Concert Experience
Acclaimed pop/jazz saxophonist Nick Stefanacci and celebrated contemporary jazz pianist Jay Rowe have joined forces to debut an exciting new live concert experience that blends virtuosity, soulful improvisation, and a shared passion for melodic jazz.
Stefanacci, a dynamic saxophonist, composer, and producer whose career has spanned more than two decades, has performed with an eclectic range of artists including Diamante Eléctrico, Cindy Bradley, Bernard “Pretty” Purdie, The Four Tops, and Ja Rule. Known for his genre-crossing versatility and electrifying stage presence, Stefanacci has captivated audiences worldwide and appeared on national television, including the series finale of NBC’s Lipstick Jungle.
Joining him is pianist and composer Jay Rowe, a respected voice in contemporary jazz whose career began in the vibrant Connecticut music scene following his studies at the New England Conservatory of Music. Rowe has performed and recorded with an impressive list of artists including Marion Meadows, Angela Bofill, Phil Perry, Chieli Minucci & Special EFX, Ken Navarro, Wayman Tisdale, Kim Waters, Jeff Kashiwa, and Steve Oliver. His six solo albums—including Smooth Ride—have received national radio airplay, including on SiriusXM Watercolors.
Together, Stefanacci and Rowe bring their decades of experience and musical chemistry to the stage in a show that celebrates contemporary jazz, soulful melodies, and inspired improvisation. The collaboration highlights original music, fan favorites, and dynamic interplay between saxophone and piano—creating a performance that is both sophisticated and deeply engaging.
